  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not be a final sale item, as indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Items returned without their original tags and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Since we do not have a customer portal, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
