User Agreement

Welcome to DewHaze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DewHaze website (the "Site") and the services we provide, including the purchase of Dresses, Sweaters & Knitwear, and T-Shirts. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or our services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DewHaze, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
  • Any content obtained from the Site; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DewHaze for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property Protection

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by DewHaze, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

The "DewHaze" name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DewHaze or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of DewHaze.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DewHaze. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear or bodysuits may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page), and personalized items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
